Antiracist Educator and Ally Training

100 CONVERSATIONS ANTIRACIST EDUCATOR AND ALLY TRAINING

This training equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and practical strategies needed to actively challenge and disrupt institutionalized racism and discrimination. Designed for educators, activists, and public safety professionals, the Antiracist Educator and Ally Training goes beyond awareness to focus on meaningful action and systemic change.

Participants will deepen their understanding of how racism operates within institutions and learn how to recognize bias, interrupt harmful practices, and respond effectively in real time. The training integrates restorative practices to support healing, accountability, and relationship-building, while creating space for honest dialogue and repair when harm occurs. It also incorporates the use of 100 Conversations About Antiracism cards, a guided resource that helps facilitate meaningful discussions, reflection, and ongoing learning within groups and organizations. Participants will also gain strategies to protect vulnerable populations and respond with care, clarity, and confidence in complex or high-stakes situations.

Emphasis is placed on building inclusive classrooms and applying antiracist approaches to education that improve conditions for both teaching and learning—fostering environments where all students feel seen, respected, and supported. In today’s environment of normalized extremism, it is more important than ever for allies to align their efforts around greater understanding and the dismantling of the roots of bias and discrimination through connection, reflection, and collective action.

Through interactive discussions, reflection, and skill-building exercises, attendees will strengthen their ability to serve as confident allies and advocates for justice. Whether in classrooms, community spaces, or public safety settings, this training empowers individuals and teams to move from intention to impact—creating safer, more equitable systems for all.
